Chapter 5 explains how to use three fundamental questions of the Model for Improvement to guide improvement efforts. In this weeks discussion I would like you to apply these three fundamental questions to improve an organization which you currently or previously worked for.
Question #1: What are we trying to accomplish?
Question #2: How will we know that a change is an improvement?
Question #3: What changes can we make that will result in improvement?
Part II Chapter 6
Chapter 6 describes five approaches for developing fundamental change. In this weeks discussion I would like you to select one of the following five approaches and discuss how you could use it to develop fundamental change within your current or previous place of employment.
