CRM (Chapter 10) – Please review chapter completely and choose a Retailer with a ROBUST CRM program. You cannot choose Starbucks (or any coffee retailer), Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target, Walmart or Kohls. You cannot use the same retailer that you have used in a previous homework assignment or for your group project. You will need to do some fact finding research on your retailer, as the paper needs to be based in fact and your research of programs.
What Customer Relationship Management programs does the retailer have in place? (Frequent shopper, points, customer loyalty, customer identifying information, company charge cards, etc.) What do these CRM programs accomplish for the retailer? Study the small print on the membership agreement.
What data does the retailer collect? Do you know what they DO with the data?
How do the Retailers identify and focus on the BEST customers? Do they have any programs to identify and target the WORST (money losing) customers?
Please wrap up with research on how these  CRM programs are working for the retailer (better revenues?). You will need to find some information in the library or trade/industry publications.
